training
Murray Pest Control, in association with TAFE SA, Rapid Training, the Department of Health and the Australian Environment Pest Managers' Association, implements staff training to ensure its pest management representatives meet industry standards and exceed the expectations of clients.
The Training Officer holds a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management) and Assessment and Workplace Training. These qualifications are regularly updated to ensure the company's training needs are at the leading edge of industry benchmarks.
Pest Management Technicians are required to sign a two-year nationally recognised Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services contract to complete all 13 Units of Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management -- Technical).
Our Pest Management Technicians carry licences for their work. They undergo a police check and an identification badge with a photograph is issued to each technician to assure clients of total professionalism and ethical behaviour.
The Training Officer attends industry conferences in Australia and overseas to keep abreast of latest developments, and departmental/branch managers also have structures in place to meet industry standards, regulations and best practice performance. |
